Workshop bookings

By booking a Common House workshop, you agree to the following:

• Payment is required at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed on receipt of payment.
• You will receive joining details (address for in-person, link for online) at least 48 hours before the event.
• Please arrive on time. We can't guarantee a seat if you're more than 30 minutes late.

Cancellations & refunds

• Full refunds available up to 14 days before the event.
• 50% refunds available between 14 and 7 days before the event.
• No refunds within 7 days of the event. Places may be transferred to a friend with written notice.
• If we cancel a workshop, you'll receive a full refund or the option to move your place to a future date.

Intellectual property

All workshop materials, frameworks, exercises, and content are © Common House. You're welcome to use anything for your own life and work — please don't reproduce, resell, or teach materials as your own.

Photography & recording

We occasionally photograph in-person workshops for marketing. Let us know at the start if you'd prefer not to be photographed. Attendees may not record sessions without permission.

Conduct

Common House rooms are for everyone. We ask all attendees to be respectful, kind, and to hold what's shared in confidence. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour makes others feel unsafe.

Liability

Common House offers workshops for educational and personal-development purposes. Nothing in our workshops constitutes professional, medical, legal or financial advice. You attend at your own responsibility.
